journaling
writing thoughts & dreams down allows you to manifest them into reality. journaling in the morning sets intentions for the day and journaling at night allows you to reflect. the template below sets the foundation of journaling to make it habitual.
journaling template
morning
three things you are grateful for
three things that will make today successful
an intention/energy/vibe you want to bring into the day
night
highlights from the day
one thing to improve on tomorrow

dreams, plans, + visions —>
writing it down over and over is how you hold yourself accountable and manifest it into reality!
a little side story …
the first day I began my journaling practice I had a tennis tournament. I was on the university of delaware club tennis team, and had to wake up super early to travel. I wrote under the “what would make today successful” section that I wanted to win a match.
that day I won all three of my matches, and that portion of the tournament for my team … I have not missed a day of journaling since.
