mid-week self care

finding time to practice self care during the week is equally as important as during the weekend. here is what I did today, as inspiration:

  • morning meditation.

  • 1 hour of unplugged movement (today was tennis).

  • tackled my to-do list.

  • warm, nourishing meals.

  • jasmine green tea and dragonfruit for snack.

  • eucalyptus essential oil in the shower.

  • exfoliate head to toe.

  • hydrating face mask followed by matcha + rosewater skin mist and takecare/eyes, and a new avant-atlas item that is launching very soon!

  • chill playlist while I work.

  • catch up on vogue before bed.
