astrology

my love for astrology started in middle school, when I would read my horoscope on the way to school every morning with my friend. I then began researching everything there is to know (which I do for any topic I am interested in – a very cancer trait) about each of the signs and planet transits, which led me to reading a birth chart for myself. a birth chart is a map of the sky at the moment you were born. I learned that not only am I who I am because of my sun in cancer, but my moon in gemini, rising in pisces, venus in leo, mars in libra, and mercury in cancer … these are the ingredients that make you the unique individual that you are.

start here!

birth chart – you need the time + location of birth

apps + instagram accounts

co – star

known for their vague push notifications (but it gets the brain flowing in the morning)

you can connect with friends and see their charts

it has a very minimalist and clean aesthetic

the pattern

easy to understand because it removes the terminology and reasoning behind why (just the facts)

the push notifications are much more elaborate and very spot on – when I was in the creating process of avant-atlas I received a notification saying I am being “aligned with my intended career path”
